Hands down the best lawyer that I’ve ever used. I was improperly accused on possession charges and looking at the possibility of 2-20 years as a possible sentence, they also accused me of unlawfully possessing a firearm. I met with several lawyers and discussed the case. He was the only one that saw a problem with how I was pulled over and how me and my car were searched. He said it was a constitutional issue and it may get all the evidence thrown out and Brett was absolutely right. I probably would be in prison right now if I had to plea guilty or if I had hired one of the other lawyers who didn’t or couldn’t see the problem but with Brett’s help and extensive knowledge of the judicial system all charges against me were fully dropped and I was acquitted of both charges. I definitely would highly recommend anyone in need of a reputable lawyer to use his services.
